Oilfield Service Truck Hose

The oilfield service truck hose for the oil and gas industry from Truco are sourced from world-renowned Gates. Also referred to as Frac Fleet, the range consists of Gates Black Gold® hoses suction and delivery oil field services and blender transfer hoses.

The hose covers are available in MegaTuff® and UltraBrasion™ variations, making them ideal for use in extremely tough environments. The suction varies between 10 & 30 In.Hg.

OILFIELD SERVICE TRUCK HOSE RANGE

Black Gold Oilfield Frac 400D/400S

Built for demanding suction and high pressure discharge operations. It is best suited to transfer multiple types of hydraulic fracing fluids from tank trucks.

This hose has a rugged construction despite weighing 18% less than standard 400D hose. A wire helix construction in the hose prevents collapsing in suction applications and enables its 30 In.Hg. suction.

Working pressure: 400 psi.

Black Gold Oilfield Service 400D / 400D Megatuff / 400 D Ultra Abrasion

Engineered to meet the demands of high pressure hydraulic fracturing operations.

MegaTuff® covers have improved abrasion resistance for hoses resting on metal surfaces. UltraBrasion® covers resist cutting and gouging during horizontal fracking operations when hoses rest on a conglomerate drilling pad.

Max. working pressure: 400 psi.

Black Gold Oilfield Service (100 - 150) SD Frac Hose

As a suction and delivery hose, it is designed to handle crude oil, salt and fresh water, tank sediments, drilling mud, and mild chemicals for oilfield applications.

This hose has a working pressure of 100 -150 psi and suction of 30 In.Hg
