Chemical Composite Hose With PTFE Liner

PTFE chemical hoses are recommended for:
Generally in-plant transfer of more aggressive chemicals where a PTFE liner is required

Liner:A double layer of virgin PTFE film plus multiple plies of polypropylene film
Reinforcing:Multiple plies of woven polypropylene fabric with an inner Stainless Steel AISI Grd 316 wire helix and outer galvanized wire helix
Cover:Black anti-static, reinforced PVC with grey spiral ID stripe
Recommended Temperature Range:-10°C to + 60°C
Standard Length:Up to 10 meter lengths. Longer lengths available on request.
End fitting:Various fittings, such as threaded or unthreaded swage nipples, flanges and a wide range of quick couplings. End fittings are crimped into the hose. Composite hoses are not supplied unfitted.
