Rubber Sheeting

Truco is one of the largest distributors of industrial rubber sheeting in Africa. Our comprehensive range includes insertion rubber, abrasion resistant Trucotex®, neoprene, nitrile, butyl, silicon, hypalon and Viton.

Rubber sheeting and lining material is available in

  • Non-standard widths available on request

General Purpose Rubber Sheeting

Food Grade Rubber Sheeting

  • FDA-approved
  • Non-swelling & non-toxic
  • For food gaskets, buffers & liners

Gum Rubber Sheeting

  • High-quality NR
  • Excellent physical properties

Neoprene Rubber Sheeting

  • High-grade CR for oil/fuel applications.
  • Good weathering properties.

Silicone Rubber Sheeting

  • Excellent temperature resistance
  • For extreme temperature applications
  • Smooth finish
  • Hardness IRHD: 60

Nitrile Rubber Sheeting

  • Good resistance to petrochemical
  • Oil resistance is excellent
  • Poor UV and ozone resistance
  • Between 25% and 60% Absorption
  • Commercial and High Grade options
  • Internal use for fuel / oil, heat applications

Butyl Rubber Sheeting

  • Resistant to weathering, heat, chemicals & acids
  • Low water permeability
  • Fabric finish
  • Hardness IRHD: 60
  • Temp: -20° to 130° C

Viton Rubber Sheeting

  • Good ozone, weathering & heat resistance
  • Excellent acid resistance
  • Ideal for applications with heat, ozone, acids, oils and fats

EPDM Rubber Sheeting

  • Good heat & weathering resistance
