Truco Promotes Diversity and Gender Equality

We at Truco are exceedingly proud of our all-women team in our rubber hose trimming department.

This dynamic team of four is responsible for the final touches on all our rubber hose products, making sure they are finished to perfection before reaching our customers.

The experience level of the team, which includes Glory Sithole, Gilda Kgalapa, Mmabato Nkabinde and Thulani Mangqu, varies from entry to intermediate. Apart from these women in the team, there are two men, all sharing the same roles and responsibilities, creating an equal-opportunity workspace.
