Rubber Hose Bends 90°

Truco’s pre-formed hose bends are built to withstand the world’s harshest mining and industrial conditions, where the suction and delivery of slurry, weak acids, alkalis, water, and hydrocarbons is required.

Hose bends incorporate a high-tensile wire helix, which is embedded into the carcass of the hose bend, preventing it from collapsing under suction. Pre-formed bends are best suited in applications where the minimum bend radius is smaller than that of a straight hose.

Typical installations include tailing lines, dredging operations and mineral processing plants. Our hose bends are available in any angle, with 45, 60, and 90 degrees being the most popular. Our hose are customisable to your needs and are built to order.
